SHOP QUESTIONS
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.
U.S. Orders: Arrive within 3–7 business days after processing. International Orders: Estimated delivery is 7–21 business days, depending on your location.
As soon as your package ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.
If your order appears lost in transit, please email support@femmhouse.net within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
We accept returns on unused, unwashed items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Final sale and custom-made items (like journals or printed apparel) are non-refundable unless defective.
Just email support@femmhouse.net with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
