Returns Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  
• Final sale, clearance, or custom-made items (like journals or printed apparel) are non-refundable unless defective.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@femmhouse.net with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be credited to your original form of payment within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
