Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is packed and ready to go, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Times
We offer flat-rate shipping across the U.S. and calculated rates for international orders.
Estimated delivery times:
- U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days after processing
- International Orders: 7–21 business days depending on location
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your FEMMHOUSE package all the way home.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at support@femmhouse.net within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll do our best to work with the carrier and make it right.
