Returns Policy

We want you to love everything you order from FEMMHOUSE. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Final sale, clearance, or custom-made items (like journals or printed apparel) are non-refundable unless defective.

How to Start a Return Email us at support@femmhouse.net with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be credited to your original form of payment within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is packed and ready to go, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Times We offer flat-rate shipping across the U.S. and calculated rates for international orders. Estimated delivery times:

U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days after processing International Orders: 7–21 business days depending on location Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your FEMMHOUSE package all the way home.

Lost or Missing Packages If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at support@femmhouse.net within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll do our best to work with the carrier and make it right.
